     Kenneth A. Miller and Donna M. Lefebvre are the first two Tennessee attorneys certified by the Tennessee Commission on CLE and Specialization as Specialists in Social Security Disability Law.

     Lawyers certified as specialists must have extensive experience at all levels of the Social Security administrative process including effectively representing clients in hearings before Administrative Law Judges, at the Appeals Council and in Federal Court. To be certified, Tennessee attorneys must pass a national examination and receive positive recommendations from other lawyers, judges and clients.
