Kenneth A. Miller
Kenneth Miller received his law degree from the University of Tennessee and was licensed to practice law in 1977. He has dedicated his practice to representing disabled individuals in Social Security Disability Claims since establishing his law practice in Knoxville in 1978. Mr. Miller is a certified Social Security Disability Law Specialist. He was among the first attorneys nationwide to receive certification by the National Board of Legal Specialists.
He is also a Sustaining Member in the National Organization of Social Security Claimants' Representatives and is admitted to practice in the United States District Court and the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit.
Mr. Miller enjoys helping those whose lives have been devastated by medical disability. When not at work, Mr. Miller enjoys gardening and snowskiing.

Emma Drozdowski
Emma Drozdowski graduated magna cum laude from Loyola University Chicago Law School. She achieved the Dean's List each semester of lawschool. While in law school, Emma served as a member of the Editorial Board of the Loyola Law Journal. She also participated on the national finalist National Moot Court Team as a brief writer. During law school, Emma worked writing federal court briefs in Social Security Disability cases for a Chicago law firm.
Emma’s desire to work as a lawyer helping those in need began in elementary school. For a school project, Emma wrote that she wanted to be the “kind of lawyer who helps people that don’t have a lot of money.” Today, that picture hangs in her office as a constant reminder of that dream.
Emma is a member in the National Organization of Social Security
Claimants’ Representatives and is admitted to practice in the United States
District Court.

Ed Miller
Ed Miller received his undergraduate degree from the University of Tennessee and his law degree from the University of Memphis. He was licensed to practice law in 1981. After a successful career in the aerospace industry, he joined Miller & Drozdowski. Mr. Miller looks forward to assisting all of our clients in their claims for social security and supplemental security income disability benefits.
