Kenneth Miller

Kenneth Miller received his law degree from the University of Tennessee and was licensed to practice law in 1977. He has dedicated his practice to representing disabled individuals in Social Security Disability Claims since establishing his law practice in Knoxville in 1978. Mr. Miller is a certified Social Security Disability Law Specialist.

He is also a Sustaining Member in the National Organization of Social Security Claimants' Representatives and is admitted to practice in the United States District Court and the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit.

Donna Lefebvre

Ms. Lefebvre is certified as a Social Security Disability Specialist by the Tennessee Commission on Continuing Legal Education and Specialization. She has served on the National Board of Legal Specialty Certification since July 2007. Since 1992 she has represented hundreds of disabled individuals throughout East Tennessee. She is a member of the American Association for Justice and the Knoxville Bar Association.

As a member of the National Organization of Social Security Claimants' Representatives, she has spoken at numerous seminars on Social Security issues. She is admitted to practice in the United States District Courts in East and Middle District of Tennessee and the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit.
