WHAT WE DO: CASE EVALUATION | FAQs | FEES
Fees
No attorney fee is paid unless you win.
If we win your claim, the attorney fee is a percentage of the past due benefits you and your family are awarded when you win, usually 25%.
All attorney fees must be approved by the Social Security Administration.
In addition to the attorney’s fee, we will bill you for costs of medical records and
expenses we have incurred while preparing your case. The expenses are usually
less than $100.
The Social Security Administration will tell you the amount of the past due benefits and
the attorney fee that is approved in the Notice of Award that you receive. We will help
you understand the calculations in the Social Security Notice of Award and answer
questions you may have about your award.
